QC - Production Quality

Quality plays an increasingly important role in the company, in order to meet the ever-growing needs of accuracy and to ensure that each piece corresponds to the dimensional characteristics required by the customer and that it is without defects or imperfections.

The measuring area is equipped with a Mitutoyo measuring machine, a Mitutoyo profile detector, a Galileo durometer and a profilometer.

Components and parts are checked following the customer’s quality standards or requests. Special verifications and penetrating liquid checks can be made on request, carried out by experienced and renowned companies with whom we have been working for years and who emit the necessary certificates.

In the equipment, in addition to the quality control of the single components and the accuracy of the assembly, careful operation checks and functional testing are carried out and also all measurements related to directives or certification procedures.

QA and Quality Management

Over recent years, the company has been strongly committed to the quality assurance in all areas. In equipment range this meant the creation of a new branche at the internal of our Engineering department for certifications relative to our products. In addition to this, the continuous organizational improvement, is also committed to supporting the quality care in a global vision.
